- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2 lbs. cooked crab meat, bones removed and flaked
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. cream
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 T. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 4 T. fresh bread crumbs
- 4 T. grated Parmesan cheese
Combine first eight ingredients, stir until blended. Divide mixture between six scallop shell baking dishes. Combine last three ingredients, toss until blended and sprinkle over mixture in shells. Bake in 350 degree oven until thoroughly heated-about 15 mins. Run under broiler a few seconds to brown and crisp. Serves 6.
