All Hallows Parish 1959-2019

Jesus really teaches that everyone is our sister and our brother, and that what is needed is not a special classification of holiness, but rather a deep faith in God’s power to heal and the humility to know that we are all in need of God’s mercy and healing. We, at All Hallows, live that life of faith in everything we do and with everyone we meet. This is the perspective that we bring to our Jubilee celebration. When we take the long view back over 60 years, there is undoubtedly much we understand today that was complete mystery when our founders responded to the call to form a new parish. What did they experience back then? And, how does that impact the journey we are on today? Some of us remember well years of commitment to this parish for ourselves and our families. We responded to the new seeds of growth in the unfolding of our mystery to the call to discipleship.

In these “Diamond Days” ahead, amidst whatever doubts, fears or questions, we walk with faith, courage and love for our Church and our Parish community. We believe that God continues to call us to ripen, and to continue to bear good fruit through our daily practice of stewardship as our way of life. Now, we celebrate the journey and give thanks for all that has been and say “Yes, Lord”, to all that will follow.

November 1 All Saints Day, a Holy Day of Obligation and our parish feast day- Mass at 7 am and 1:45 pm and 5:30 pm

November 2 All Souls Day-Mass at 7pm

November 3 and 4 ~ “Calling All Saints” Weekend ~ a festive display of Mary and the Saints in the Library after the Masses and a special display in the Hall from our Academy. Light refreshments will be served. All are invited to come.
